40 Exchange Place

40 Exchange Place, a historic office building in Manhattan’s Financial District, was built in 1896 as the Lord's Court Building. With its classic Art Deco design, it remains a cherished landmark and modern workplace.

We contributed to the space by adding paneling above each elevator door and custom light boxes along the lobby wall, both elements are made out of steel and have a blackened patina finish. In addition, we created custom steel stand offs at varying heights to support the sculptural wall detail.
